These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
Lead teams of experienced Senior Associates and Associates to solve client problems.
Communicate with team members and clients and work well in inclusive teams to deliver value for our clients.
Business development through relationship building in the market, opportunities identification and providing sound advice through engagement management.
Support team members in completing the assigned engagement or project by coordinating the implementation of the agreed-upon deliverables.
Review your work and that of your team for quality, accuracy and relevance.
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
Ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Team development and growth: regularly offers knowledge and skills to team members and clients.
Minimum years experience required
6+ years’ work experience in technology consulting/project management/ enterprise architecture/cloud consulting/artificial intelligence
