We are looking for a Digital Content & Engagement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will develop and manage content strategies, oversee social media platforms, and enhance digital engagement for both our brand and our clients across various sectors, including those in the USA and Europe. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to international markets, ensuring alignment with brand and client objectives.
  • Manage and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms, adapting for regional audiences in the USA, Europe, and beyond.
  • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools, optimizing for different time zones and audience behaviors.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering community engagement across various platforms.

Brand Storytelling & Audience Engagement

  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Enhance digital brand presence through innovative content formats, including videos, blogs, and graphics.
  • Leverage social listening tools to track audience sentiment, emerging trends, and competitor activity across different markets.

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation for global clients.
  • Utilize SEO, paid ads, and analytics to optimize content reach for international audiences.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and regional adaptation.

Client Content Development & Strategy

  • Collaborate with clients across the USA and Europe to develop tailored content strategies aligned with their brand identity.
  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to ensure content relevance and competitiveness in international markets.
  • Adapt messaging for different cultural nuances while maintaining consistency and brand alignment.

Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting

  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to understand global audience engagement.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize content formats, posting schedules, and audience targeting.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement across different geographic regions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, specifically for clients in the USA and Europe.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging digital narratives tailored for international audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling software.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights for optimization in different global markets.
  • Experience in paid digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeted at international audiences.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in the USA and Europe.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands and clients across different time zones.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
