Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician with expertise in low voltage grid operation, particularly on the transformer 33KV and 690V side. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OEM products, transmission systems, transformers, LV switchgear, breakers, isolators, disconnectors, as well as CT, VT, IED relays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and operate low voltage grid systems, with a focus on the 33KV side and associated equipment such as transformers, switchgear, breakers, and isolators.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CT, VT, IED relays, ensuring proper functioning and operation of the grid.
3. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on grid equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate system upgrades, repairs, and new installations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Knowledge and familiarity within a power plant
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role at a power plant.
