Job Description:

This is a critical operational and coordination role sitting at the intersection of technology and business. You’ll support cross-functional delivery by managing internal workflows, aligning priorities, and fostering efficient, scalable processes across the technical and product teams. Acting as the connective tissue across the organisation, you’ll ensure clarity, momentum, and delivery by translating business needs into actionable steps for the technical team. This is not a DevOps engineering role, but rather a strategic operational role requiring technical fluency and strong project management capabilities.

 Your daily adventures include:

  • Work closely with the CTO, Head of Projects, and technical team to manage task prioritisation, sprint planning, and internal check-ins.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with business unit leaders and the Head of Projects to identify blockers, align timelines, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable workflows for technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Manage internal technical tickets and projects to ensure timely resolution and improved team efficiency.
  • Support client-facing teams with technical insight and assist in resolving internal tech-related queries.
  • Identify and implement operational best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Improve communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to enhance visibility and execution.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in a technical project management, operations, or coordination role – ideally within fintech, tech startups, or digital platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts to effectively bridge business and engineering conversations (no hands-on cloud/DevOps work required).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on clarity, execution, and delivery.
  • Prior experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
