Mission Description                      

Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -

• Fueling of trucks vehicles and machines daily
• Fuel bay stock taking daily.
• Checking fuel level daily.
• Making sure fuel bay is clean daily.
• Making sure vehicles are fueled at the right time daily.
• Keeping fuel bay records safe.
• Ensuring Subcontractors are given exact fuel.
• Making sure the fuel is restocked at the right time daily.
• Ensuring the lubricants supplied are of high quality.
• Offloading fuel tankers.
• Keeping track of workshop stock levels.
• Noting the Stock levels and ensuring timely Re-order, while coordinating with the Administrator.
• Ensure order of the store, Parts are kept in the right Bins and bays and keep
. Precise quantities of stock, while avoiding overstocking.
• In charge of carrying out Quarterly stock take of the store, tools, lubes &fuel.
• Ensure the physical stock reflects the system stock by timely issuance from the system and receipt in coordination with the work order manager
