About the role
Burn is looking for a Senior Strategic Associate, who will be responsible for supporting commercial rollout and developing a deeper understanding of the business in the different countries BURN operates. The role will play a crucial part in building a go-to-market strategy for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Work across multiple teams to develop IM, Board Reports, Corporate Presentations, Pitch Decks
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare/ analyse competitive analysis and formulate proactive and reactive strategy accordingly
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Support the development and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role (Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst).
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
