- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups,
reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of web and mobile platform
features.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog
items.
- Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving impediments
for the team.
- Monitor progress using Agile metrics like velocity and burndown
charts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers,
developers, and testers.
- Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders and
leadership.
- Advocate for Agile principles and best practices across the project
team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master delivering digital
platforms.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or
equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with web and mobile application development teams.
- Familiarity with additional Agile practices such as Kanban or XP.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development
lifecycle (SDLC).
