JOB DESCRIPTION |
At Purifaaya Limited (Kenya subsidiary of Spouts International), we are on a mission to provide access to safe drinking water to all Africans through our household ceramic water filters. As Sales and Distribution Manager, you will help us crack the Kenyan market by growing our presence across B2B wholesale and supermarket customers, as well as developing and supporting other sales channels. You will build strong customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales volume and value growth, while increasing awareness of the Purifaaya brand across Kenya.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
To grow sales volumes by leading and coordinating all aspects of the company’s sales and distribution efforts, including sales strategy development, optimizing distribution channels, and building relationships with customers and distributors. |

1 | Develop sales and distribution strategies and plans that will maximise the company’s sales performance and expand its market share. | 20% |
2 | Establish presence in modern trade, including top and second-tier supermarkets, expanding coverage in key regions | 20% |
3 | Oversee and take responsibility for delivery of all invoiced orders to wholesalers and/or supermarkets, optimizing transport partners for cost-efficiency | 20% |
4 | Support in the formulation and management of the quarterly and monthly sales budget | 10% |
5 | Analyse channel sales data and generate insights to improve sales strategy | 20% |
6 | Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc.) in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines. | 10% |

Qualifications | Bachelor degree in relevant subject. | Essential |
