RPA Developer
We are looking for an innovative and experienced RPA Developer to join our team in creating cutting-edge automated solutions for our clients' business processes. This role is crucial in designing and implementing efficient, scalable RPA solutions that drive process automation across various industries. Key Responsibilities:
- RPA Solution Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement sophisticated RPA solutions using leading tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify, prioritize, and assess automation opportunities.
- Documentation & Process Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and process flows.
- Client Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, ensuring successful and tailored implementation of RPA solutions.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor automated processes to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability, and make adjustments as needed.
- Development of Reusable Components: Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate RPA development across multiple client projects.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex issues within RPA implementations to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Industry Trends & RPA Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve RPA solutions.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers, contributing to the growth of the RPA practice within the organization.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client presentations and demonstrations of RPA solutions, showcasing the value and efficiency of the automated processes.
- Feasibility Studies & ROI Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for potential RPA projects to assess their viability and business value.
- Best Practices Implementation: Implement best practices for version control, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards in RPA solution development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- RPA Development Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in RPA Platforms: Expertise in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Programming & Scripting Skills: Strong programming abilities and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET, C#).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
- Business Process Knowledge: Broad understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
- Independent & Collaborative Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- UiPath Certified Professional Developer

- Process Mining & Task Mining: Experience with process mining and task mining tools.
