About the role:

This role is responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within organizations to understand their business processes and offer tailored software solutions. As a Regional Corporate Salesperson, you will manage the entire sales pipeline using Bitrix24 CRM, from generating leads and conducting client meetings to presenting solutions and closing deals.

Success in this role depends on your ability to build strong client relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet sales targets. A strong background in B2B sales and relationship management and a solid understanding of IT/software solutions are essential for excelling in this position.


What you will do: 

Key responsibilities. 

  • You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, consistently generating new leads and expanding the client base.

  • You will conduct client meetings to assess business needs, understand challenges, and offer tailored software solutions.

  • You will develop and deliver customized solution presentations to potential clients based on their unique requirements.

  • You will efficiently manage and maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system.

  • You will drive business growth and achieve sales targets by securing new deals and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • You will foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • You will stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • You will identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, increasing revenue from existing clients.

  • You will regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights on progress and opportunities for improvement.



Requirements

Must-haves: 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in software solutions.

  • You possess a strong understanding of CRM tools and can use them effectively to manage sales processes.

  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, enabling you to engage clients and close deals successfully.

  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
