SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in related field
- 5-10 years experience in HR in hospitality
- At least 3 years in the position of HR Manager in a large 4 to 5 star hotel with a large staff complement
- Must have experience working with expatriates
- Compassion and sensitive
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, efficient and systems-orientated
