BluePrint is immediately hiring an HR Program Manager for a client in the Fintech Space.Β 

This role is Remote but the candidate muse be resident in Nairobi, Kenya

Β Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (GMT)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the Human Resources tools, including timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project progress and status
  • Manage project resources, including internal and external team members, and ensure that all team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of tools and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Basic Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in program management or project management
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills combined with technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
  • Skilled in project planning and project management.
  • Adaptable, results oriented, and effective at managing change, and proven team building capabilities.
  • Skilled at managing conflict and effectively working through to quick resolution.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%

  • Preferred:

  • Active PMP certification
  • Human Resources project experience
