  • Identifying suitable vendors, locally &/or internationally, who can provide the goods and services required to deliver the project
  • Obtaining quotations for goods and services that will be required to deliver the project on behalf of SCJ.
  • Obtaining necessary documentation to set up vendors in the SCJ database.
  • Provide input into contractual agreements between OEM vendors and SCJ KE e.g. purchase agreements, equipment SLAs e.t.c.
  • Any other task assigned by management.


Requirements

Key Requirements/ Experience
  • Procurement professional with 5-10 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector
  • Experience in procurement of technical goods and services strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding and experience with drafting contracts for procurement of technical items e.g. plant & machinery, as well as goods and services
  • Strong knowledge of local procurement practices and requirements
