Our client runs an ecommerce shop that sells electronics and cyber security software solutions. They are in the market for a digital marketing manager who will spear head digital marketing efforts to establish a marketing funnel that will drive conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

          
  • Manage digital campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and content creators, to execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
  • Continuously test and iterate marketing strategies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.




Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Added bonus if you have Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different digital channels and target audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is highly desirable
