As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated Client Support Specialists to join our BPO company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards for our clients across the US and Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Support client retention strategies by delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt to new challenges and continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Prior experience in sales or order processing is a plus.
