About The Role:

The B2B Lead will focus on driving revenue growth and building long-term strategic

partnerships with corporate clients and insurance providers. This role requires creativity,

autonomy, and a strategic mindset to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Client Relationships

  • You will drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

  • You will develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets through partnerships with insurers and corporate clients.

  • You will create market demand by passionately promoting the company’s mission and aligning solutions with client needs.

  • You will pitch tailored wellness offerings to corporate clients, ensuring value-based engagements.

  • You will negotiate favorable terms to secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • You will identify and onboard new corporate and insurance partners to expand the company’s presence.

  • You will engage creatively and persistently with HR leaders and key decision-makers.

  • You will quickly gain expertise in the company’s products, market, and competitors to communicate value effectively.

  • You will be the main advisor and contact for B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution.

2. Client Retention and Engagement

  • You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to B2B clients.

  • You will gather and act on client feedback to enhance service offerings and partnerships.

  • You will organize client engagement events such as workshops and appreciation sessions.

3. Market Insights and Strategy

  • You will research market trends, competitor actions, and new business opportunities.

  • You will develop customized marketing strategies and value propositions for different client segments.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • You will maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and business development activities.

  • You will provide regular performance updates and market insights to management.

You will track sales performance and deliver regular progress reports.


Requirements

About You:

Must Have:

  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sectors, or selling into HR or similar functions within large employers.

  • You have a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • You have experience leading end-to-end sales processes, including detailed deal management in databases and follow-up coordination with prospects.

  • You have exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • You can work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of tasks and driving results without relying on a team.

  • You have a strategic mindset that can identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions.

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and drive decisions.

  • You are proficient in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.
