About the role. 

Our client in the Transport-SaaS industry is looking for an Accounts Manager who will oversee key B2B and B2C accounts, focusing on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue growth. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, while meeting sales targets and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. The Account manager will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will work independently, without any direct reports. 


What you will do. 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • You will develop and manage key accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • You will achieve and exceed sales revenue targets set by the company.

  • You will ensure successful deal closures that maximize value for the company.

  • You will address client concerns, resolve complaints, and drive customer satisfaction.

  • You will provide accurate sales reports and share customer feedback for product improvements.

  • You will ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, policies, and ethical standards.

  • You will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • You will stay informed about company products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitors



Requirements

About you:
Must have: 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • You have 3 - 4 years of experience in sales, particularly in SaaS, digital products, and tech solutions, handling both B2B and B2C clients.

  • You are proficient in CRM and sales management software, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • You have strong commercial acumen and analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • You have strong communication, reporting, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • You can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • You have professional sales certifications such as CPSA or an equivalent qualification.

  • You are familiar with the transport sector and industry-specific trends
