UlizaEvents is a fast-growing provider of innovative event solutions, specializing in identification wristbands, glow-in-the-dark items, and promotional products. With operations spanning Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Ghana, and Nigeria, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic TeleSales and Outreach Executive to drive growth in new markets and build relationships with international clients.

As an International Sales and Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for conducting cold outreach to international markets, engaging with potential clients, and building relationships that drive sales and brand visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent Uliza Events globally, with travel opportunities and exposure to diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Cold Outreach and Client Acquisition:
  • Research and identify potential clients in Kenya and international markets (event organizers, malls, theme parks, and corporate clients).
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to generate leads.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches to convert prospects into clients.
  • Schedule and participate in virtual and in-person meetings with international clients.


2. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for international clients.
  • Manage stock levels for fulfillment centers and delivery process


3. Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs in different countries.
  • Provide insights on competitor activity and recommend strategies to enhance UlizaEvents’ international presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns.
4. Reporting and Accountability:
  • Track outreach activities and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach progress, lead conversions, and client engagement.
  • Provide feedback on challenges and recommend solutions to improve outreach effectiveness.
5. Travel and Representation:
  • Represent UlizaEvents at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Travel to different countries to strengthen client relationships and close high-value deals.




Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 3cx and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and represent the company professionally.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional outreach platforms is an added advantage.
