Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and market trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Follow up with existing clients to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships


Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
