Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and market trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up with existing clients to cross-sell and upsell relevant products.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
