Job Summary
The Senior Medical Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, to drive the sales of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. The role involves educating healthcare providers about the products, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Business Development:
o Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
o Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.

• Product Promotion and Education:
o Provide detailed product information and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting product benefits and usage.
o Organize and conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for medical staff.
o Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.

• Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and decision-makers.
o Regularly visit healthcare professionals to provide support, gather feedback, and address any inquiries or concerns.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service and follow-up.

• Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance analysis, and market feedback.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the market.

• Compliance and Ethical Standards:
o Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local healthcare laws.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product information.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences).

• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
o Experience working with a variety of healthcare products, including prescription medicines and over-the-counter products.

• Skills:
o Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade healthcare professionals.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information effectively.
o Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements
