As part of its growth strategy, our client is now expanding into the Kenyan market and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Person to lead and establish its operations in Kenya. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the tours and travel division.
You will generate leads and close deals to grow the customer base and revenue.
You will manage trip planning, itinerary execution, and logistical coordination.
You will ensure compliance with travel regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies.
You will monitor budgets and control operational costs.
You will resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the travel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4–5 years of experience within the travel and tourism industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan travel market, destinations, and operations.
Experience in working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Proficiency in business tools and systems (e.g., CRM, MS Office, booking platforms).
Must be transparent, loyal, and reliable, with a high level of integrity.
