RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals
for the market.

Directs sales processes to generate revenues.
3.
Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to
target needs and drive sales.

Developing new strategies to increase exposure of products through
new channels such as online stores.
5.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a
product or service.
6.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
7.
Generate repeat sales.
8.
Learn details about our product and service offerings.
9.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
Requirements
1.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other
sales/customer service role
2.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably
over the phone
3.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
and telephone systems
4.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain
them to prospects
5.
Excellent knowledge of English
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
8.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
and address complaints
9.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
