Position: Sales Mid level (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Collaborate with senior sales management to formulate and execute sales strategies. This includes market analysis, target setting, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Oversee and nurture key client relationships. Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress smoothly through the sales cycle. Analyze and report on pipeline health and revenue projections.

  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members to help them develop their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create accurate sales forecasts, essential for resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic planning.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key clients and prospects, showcasing the value of the company's products or services.

  • Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, aiming to secure favorable deals that meet both customer and company objectives.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate team and individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors, conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver a unified customer experience.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients and the sales team to pinpoint areas for improvement and elevate customer satisfaction.

  • Set clear, challenging, and attainable sales targets for the team and individuals, and regularly monitor and report on progress.

  • Ensure that all sales activities, contracts, and agreements adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Address complex customer issues, objections, or challenges, drawing on in-depth knowledge and negotiation skills to find effective solutions.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, keeping up-to-date with changes and innovations.

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, including entering new geographic regions, exploring new customer segments, or diversifying product offerings.

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, reduce churn rates, and foster long-term relationships.

  • Utilize and manage sales technology tools, such as CRM systems and sales automation software, to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field, or graduated within the last one year

  • 3- 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • A person of high integrity and ethics.
