Position: Sales Junior (Talent Pool)

Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential leads or prospects through research, cold calling, email outreach, or other lead generation methods.

  • Research and gather information on prospective clients or customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Assess the suitability of leads by determining if they meet the criteria for potential customers or clients.

  • Acquire a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and their features and benefits.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations or pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value of the product or service.

  • Engage with leads and customers through phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings to understand their requirements and explain how the product or service can meet their needs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and rapport through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Educate customers on the features, advantages, and benefits of the product or service.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Prepare and send proposals or quotations to potential customers, including pricing and terms.

  • Address customer objections or concerns and provide solutions or information to overcome objections.

  • Work toward closing deals by securing orders, contracts, or commitments from customers.

  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals and sales managers to learn from their expertise and gain valuable insights.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Strive to achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.

  • Act on feedback and guidance provided by senior sales professionals or managers to improve sales techniques and strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers after the sale, addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and sales methodologies to become a more effective sales professional.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field, or graduated within the last one year

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A person of high integrity and ethics.
