Job Summary:

Koolboks Kenya is seeking a dynamic Sales & Projects Assistant to drive sales growth and support project execution. This role will involve actively identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and supporting project implementation. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong passion for sales, business development, and project coordination, particularly within the home appliances market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

     Identify and engage potential customers for Koolboks solar-powered freezers and cooling solutions.

     Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.

     Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the home appliances sector.

     Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

     Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.

     Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators.

     Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and ensure timely product deliveries.

Project Support & Coordination:

     Assist in the planning and execution of sales-related projects and initiatives.

     Support project documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with timelines and deliverables.

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of partnerships and expansion strategies.

     Coordinate with logistics, after-sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Customer Engagement & Market Insights:

     Support customer onboarding, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

     Gather customer feedback and work with the team to improve product offerings and services.

     Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to optimize sales strategies.



Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

     1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project coordination, preferably in home appliances, renewable energy, or FMCG.

     Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet sales targets.

     Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

     Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

        Knowledge of the home appliances market is preferred
