Job purpose: 

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to our fuel service stations. The role involves coordinating with contractors/service providers in civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Design projects and oversee detailed design done by consultants.
  • Develop terms of reference, and bills of quantities and evaluate tenders and proposals.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of contractors/service providers ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise minor repairs in fuel service stations.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates throughout the project(s) lifecycle.


Requirements

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.


Desired experience, skills and attributes:


3-5 years of broad engineering experience in project management, design, documentation and supervision.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to work with diverse teams, including senior management and third-party negotiations.

Computer literate and proficient in engineering software e.g. Auto CAD, Microsoft Project.

Be a person of high integrity, self-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.

A Valid driving license.
