Essence of the Job:
The role oversees the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing facility. Planning the activities of production teams, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualification:
Minimum of Qualification in Production Management or similar, advantageous if supplemented by formalized operational training in terms of applied production techniques.
Engineering Qualification desired.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience food manufacturing environment - with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of Qualification in Production Management or similar, advantageous if supplemented by formalized operational training in terms of applied production techniques.
• Proven knowledge and experience with equipment, process flow, and line commissioning – aligned with requirements to maintain quality, throughput, and effectiveness
