Position: Operations Internship (Global Talent Pool)
Experience: 0-1 year

Responsibilities
Grants Management Support: Assist in the administration of grant-funded projects, including reviewing grant agreements, tracking grant expenditures, and preparing financial reports for donors.
Financial Data Entry: Support the finance team in data entry tasks, such as processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports and updating financial records in the accounting system.
Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses against budgeted amounts, and preparing budget variance reports for internal review.
Donor Reporting: Help prepare donor reports and grant narratives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with donor requirements and deadlines.
Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis, such as trend analysis and cost-benefit analysis, to support decision-making and financial planning processes.
Research and Documentation: Conduct research on funding opportunities, best practices in grants management, and financial regulations, and prepare summary documents and presentations for internal use.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including organizing meetings, maintaining files, and responding to inquiries.
Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, accounting, business administration, international development, Procurement or Human Resource or a related field.
Strong academic record.
Previous internship or volunteer experience in finance, grants management, or nonprofit administration is preferred but not required.
Ability to commit to the duration of the internship and work remotely or in the specified location if applicable.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
