Refine Plastic Surgery, a leading institution specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse. Reporting to the Head of Nursing Services, this role involves monitoring patients and reporting changes in their status, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures in the operating room, taking patient vital signs, and maintaining accurate patient records. Role Overview:
As a Nurse at Refine Plastic Surgery, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing patient screenings, administering non-invasive treatments such as Morpheus Pro, Botox, laser treatments, and chemical peels, preparing the operating room, and assisting with invasive treatments. You will monitor patients before and after their surgeries, provide detailed explanations of procedures, and ensure proper care and healing post-surgery. Additionally, you will support patients and their families throughout the treatment process, offer lymphatic massages post-surgery, and work closely with physicians and other team members to meet all patient needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform patient screening tasks and review medical history and psychosocial status before surgery.
Administer non-invasive treatments such as Morpheus Pro, Botox, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
Prepare the operating room before procedures and assist with invasive treatments.
Monitor the patients before and after their surgeries.
Discuss patients' procedures with them, explaining what to expect before, during, and after the procedure.
Provide appropriate care for wounds or surgery sites at the facility or at patients' homes.
Carry out lymphatic massages for patients post-surgery.
Support patients and families throughout the duration of treatment.
Handle cosmetic and reconstructive patients in an unbiased, non-judgmental manner.
Collaborate with physicians and other team members to ensure all patient needs are met.
Take patient vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
