About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Country Model Bank's marketing strategy by assisting in the planning, executing, and tracking of campaigns. Their responsibilities include organizing events, conducting market research, creating content, managing promotional materials, and analyzing campaign performance. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, the coordinator ensures seamless execution of marketing activities across multiple channels.


What You will do:

  • You will organize and manage events such as marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • You will conduct market research by performing competitor analysis, identifying target audiences, and analyzing market trends to inform marketing strategies.

  • You will develop and execute campaigns by implementing marketing strategies across various channels such as social media, email, websites, and print.

  • You will create content by drafting marketing copy, designing engaging visuals, and managing content calendars for various platforms.

  • You will track and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • You will monitor and analyze campaigns by tracking performance metrics, generating reports on key indicators, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • You will manage social media by scheduling and posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.

  • You will maintain the website by updating content, managing SEO strategies, and ensuring functionality.You will collaborate with design teams, sales teams, and other departments to align and enhance marketing efforts.



Requirements

About you:

Must Haves:

  • You have experience organizing and or coordinating B2B events

  • You have experience working with marketing agencies.

  • You have a Professional Marketing Certification

  • You have a Degree in any related discipline.

Nice to Have:

  • You have a general understanding of the financial technology sector or an eagerness to learn.

  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • You have Certification in digital marketing basics (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy).
