Job Summary
The Marketing Campaign Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. The Campaign Manager works with the Head of Marketing to create, execute, and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the necessary resources to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Campaign Manager will also work with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of various campaigns

Job Mission

The Marketing Campaign Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing campaigns achieve their objectives. The Campaign Manager works with the Head of Marketing to create, execute, and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the necessary resources to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Campaign Manager will also work with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational

● Manage marketing colleagues to ensure omnichannel marketing campaign execution

● Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack

● Utilize Trello to update task status

● Weekly coordination and training with the direct reports

Functional

● Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to increase listings, employer leads, and increase core business metrics.

● Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.

● Build close connections with the media to capitalize on PR opportunities

● Plan and manage events in order to drive conversions and target personas

● Ensure campaign implementation and follow organizational guidelines.

● Supervise internal and external stakeholders for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

● Effectively execute media buying activities, events and other offline initiatives

● Ensure adherence to visual guidelines across all channels

● Own brand voice for the business

● Build relationships with valuable partners on the ground

● Build relationships with the in-house sales team and other key stakeholders.

● Any other related activities and assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Reporting:

● Report on the impact of campaigns & initiatives

● Update the marketing master as required

● Produce marketing weekly reporting and call out significant shifts vs forecasting and budgets along with reasons and action items

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

Skills

● Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass communications/journalism, communications or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience (digital and traditional).

● Basic knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented and effective communicator; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure

● environment.

● A proactive approach to working, showing initiative, and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others when needed.

● Can work independently when required but can also take direction.

● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

● Show an understanding of campaign creation to execution concerning Marketing objectives, business goals, messaging, and strategy.

● Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. This entails teamwork, collaboration, and an ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

● Proficiency in key features of the Google Workspace platform including Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel),
