Position Overview: As an Internal Sales Representative specializing in process instrumentation, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Working closely with the Sales Team, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer service skills to support clients in selecting the right instrumentation solutions to meet their specific needs.
Requirements:

Previous experience in internal sales, preferably within the process instrumentation or related industry.

Technical background or understanding of process instrumentation products and applications is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or industry events.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma – Electrical or Process Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Facilitate the order process from initiation to fulfillment, including coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports and updates to management.
