Client is a leading manufacturing business in
Kenya. They provide Timber & Joinery related fit out solutions.
About
the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize
and sketch design plans.
Collaborate
with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and
preferences. Provide expert advice and creative solutions to meet
their needs.
Create
mood boards, sketches, and concept designs that reflect the client’s
vision and functional needs.
Prepare
detailed CAD drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations for client
presentations and implementation.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress,
address design-related issues, and ensure the project aligns with
design intent.
Utilize
computer applications in the design process.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior
design or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’
experience as an Interior Designer in
an interior fit out or construction industry.
3.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, AchiCAD , SketchUp or similar design software additionally willing to earn
how to use an in house software called IMOS IX used for cabinetry &
timber design solution Cup right.
4.Addeded
advantage have experience with cabinetry.
5.
Technically minded.
6.Proven
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7.
Experience with computational design.
8.
Good eye for design.
9.
Well versed with Boards
10.
Good communication & Presentation Skills
