Job Description

To lead and manage the Sales team in the origination, sales and execution of the full suite of Global Markets (GM) Flow and Structured products/solutions, across sectors, within the CIB defined risk parameters and regulatory requirements to achieve revenue targets, exceptional client experience and other strategic objectives defined by the Global Markets clients' franchise strategy.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification:

  • First Degree
  • ACI Dealing Certificate
  • A post graduate degree in Business Commerce, Economics, Management or Finance is preferred. Technical qualification(s) relevant to the CIB business are also preferred. 


Experience Required
Global Markets Client Experience

7-13 Years

  • Seasoned experience in treasury sales and high touch client relationship building and maintenance with a demonstrated track record applying judgement, best practice and strong business and investment knowledge to solve complex problems
  • Seasoned exposure to the Investment Products, their practical application and trends in the industry. Sound knowledge of the bank's policies and procedures relating to all areas under his/her control. Demonstrated understanding of good credit practices.
  • Good understanding of macroeconomic, financial markets’ technology trends and their key drivers, including a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and trends
  • Experience planning for self and team in line with defined objectives and operational plans to achieve sales targets
