About the Role:
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive fast, helpful, and efficient support. You’ll play a key role in addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and contributing to our excellent reputation for customer care. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, providing comprehensive assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses.
- Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
- Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Internet Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop (atleast i5 processor or its equivalent) with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
