Are you dedicated to providing exceptional care and building lasting relationships with clients? We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a Customer Care Specialist who can turn every interaction into a positive experience!

About the Role:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring they receive the highest level of support. You’ll play a key role in addressing their needs, resolving their concerns, and contributing to our reputation for excellence in customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a proactive approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Handle and troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement.
  • Work closely with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer care.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer care or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

PC and Internet Requirements:

  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
