SNV is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for its programme in Kenya and Burundi. Reporting to the Country Director, the Country Human Resources Manager provides strategic leadership in all Human Resource functions in Kenya and Burundi. As part of the Country Management Team (CMT), the Country Human Resources Manager will be a leader and manager. S/he will implement HR plans, programs and procedures in Kenya and Burundi for all SNV staff in the two countries ensuring they align to SNV’s global People, Culture & Talent (PCT) strategy, guidelines and policies, and comply to relevant local laws and regulations.
