Position: Coordination and Partnerships Officer – Junior Level (Global Talent Pool)
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Global
Industries: Humanitarian, NGO, INGO
Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events related to humanitarian coordination activities.
Compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Assist with the coordination of humanitarian responses and projects.
Conduct research to identify potential partners, including NGOs, government agencies, and community-based organizations.
Assist in developing partnership proposals, agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MoUs).
Build and maintain relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for collaboration.
Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of partnership initiatives.
Collect and organize data related to humanitarian needs, response activities, and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and program planning.
Maintain databases and records of partners and coordination activities.
Contribute to the development of training materials and resources on coordination and partnership best practices.
Facilitate training sessions or workshops for staff and partners on relevant topics as needed.
Participate in capacity-building initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, International Development, Communications or any other relevant field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in grants management, finance, budgeting, or operations,
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages would be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration and coordination.
Strong communication/presentation skills.
Demonstrated capacity to work with minimum supervision.
