About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer success team. Your role will involve resolving client inquiries with expertise, building lasting relationships, and contributing to our reputation as a leader in client support excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Reliable PC or laptop.
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps upload and download.
