About the Role

The Sales Lead plays a key role in driving Yusudi's revenue growth by leading lead generation, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. Their responsibilities include identifying high-potential clients, building lasting relationships, and delivering tailored sales solutions. Acting as a key contributor to the sales team, the Sales Lead ensures Yusudi continues to bridge the gap between businesses and top-tier sales talent.

What You Will Do:
  • You will do lead generation and pipeline development by identifying and qualifying leads within mid-sized and large organizations, targeting CEOs, Heads of Sales, and HR/L&D leaders. This includes implementing outbound strategies such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking while leveraging AI tools and industry databases to identify potential clients and maintain a structured sales pipeline for consistent opportunity flow.

  • You will nurture leads and manage relationships by developing personalized engagement strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel, conducting regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and analyzing lead interactions to refine approaches for better engagement.

  • You will conduct sales meetings and close deals by leading discovery calls and product demos to showcase Yusudi's value proposition, addressing client needs with customized solutions, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring smooth client onboarding.

  • You will manage sales strategies and CRM by using Zoho CRM to track leads, conversations, and deal progress, developing weekly and monthly sales reports, and providing insights on market trends to refine sales strategies.

  • You will collaborate with the marketing team by aligning outreach efforts with lead-generation campaigns and contributing to the improvement of sales playbooks and pitch materials.



Requirements

About You:

Must Haves:

  • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR services, training consultancy, or professional services.

  • You have a proven track record in lead generation, nurturing, and closing deals.

  • You have a strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, especially in HR and L&D.

  • You have proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.

  • You have expertise in LinkedIn sales, cold outreach, and consultative selling.

  • You have experience working independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
