Role Overview:

TATC Africa is seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Lead to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for selling, growing, and servicing corporate clients that constitute BrighterMonday’s strategic accounts business. You will showcase the available products to these key markets and build strong relationships within these key markets to ensure that sales targets are met by you, contributing to the overall team effort.

The position holder will also be expected to establish new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. While you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, this role does not include managing/leading a team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that the strategic sales objectives of the organization are met.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline Building

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's recruitment services and generate leads.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients within the recruitment industry.

  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal status in the company's CRM system.

2. Business Development

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and activity metrics, to provide insights and contribute to strategic planning.

3. Customer Satisfaction

  • Feedback Integration: Continuously gather and analyze client feedback to improve the sales process and client experience, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

  • Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns that arise during or after the sales process.

  • Service Alignment: Ensure that client needs are effectively communicated to internal teams and that the services provided align with client expectations.




Requirements

About You:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

  • B2B Sales experience in consultative/solution selling.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • An in-depth knowledge of the current market and emerging trends that may highlight areas for improvement or opportunities for clients.

Nice to Have:

  • Sales experience in HR consulting.
