We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves supporting senior consultants in delivering high-quality risk management solutions that align with our mission of building resilience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess grit, high integrity, and ethical standards. They will be a high performer, a self-starter, and someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our clients and their colleagues.

Job Description
  1. Assist in conducting risk assessments, process, and compliance reviews.
  2. Support the development and implementation of information security, enterprise risk, and business continuity strategies.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes.
  4. Collaborate with senior consultants to prepare client reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  5. Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing insights and support as needed.
  6. Contribute to the development of risk management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
  7. Assist in the facilitation of training sessions and awareness programs on risk management and data privacy.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in risk management, information security, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for learning and developing expertise in risk management.
